MKG FUNDAMENTALS

New classes start the 1st Monday of every month. This 2-week class is designed to allow students an understanding of the fundamentals needed to excel, and advance to our Phase program. From holding pads to hitting pads our workouts will challenge your body and mind while still being fun. Also, just because it's an intro class doesn't mean you won't be leaving sweaty. This class is designed with the beginner martial artist in mind.
